【摘要】 目的对我院门诊患者药物不良反应情况进行分析,以促进临床安全、合理的用药。方法采用回顾性调查方法,针对2009-01~2010-12间,764例药品不良反应情况进行分析。结果药品中,抗生素及中成药导致的不良反应所占比例较高,其主要不良反应为头晕、恶心及对皮肤的损害。结论临床应重视药品不良反应的报告和监测工作,正确合理的应用药物,以减少或避免药品不良反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the adverse drug reaction(ADR) in outpatient hospital and improve the safe and rational administration.Methods 764 cases of ADR from Mon in 2009 to Dec in 2010 were collected and analyzed with the retrospective review.Results Antibiotic and Chinese traditional medicine were easy to induce the ADR,the major ADR were dizzy,nausea and skin damage.Conclusion The ADR report and monitoring should be concerned highly,drug should be used rationally in order to reduce or avoid the ADR.更多还原
