【摘要】 目的研究上皮性卵巢癌组织中Survivin、Ki-67和CD105基因的表达及相关关系,以及临床意义。分析其与临床病理及预后各项指标的相关性,并探讨其与肿瘤血管生成之间的关系。方法对2009~2011年间,哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院妇科收治的63例上皮性卵巢癌、20例卵巢良性肿瘤病例组织标本应用免疫组织化学的方法,检测Survivin、Ki-67和CD105标记的微血管密度的表达,并对其与临床各因素关系进行综合分析。结果 Survivin、Ki-67在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达水平明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤组织(P<0.05)。Ki-67和Survivin的表达与年龄及组织分型无关,与卵巢癌的临床分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关。Survivin表达与Ki-67表达具有一定相关性,呈正相关关系(rs=0.583,P<0.05)。CD105标记的微血管密度在卵巢癌中高表达(P<0.05);CD105标记的微血管密度与卵巢癌的临床分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关,同时Survivin和CD105标记的微血管密度在卵巢癌中表达有关联,呈正相关关系(rs=0.521,P<0.05)。结论 Survivin和Ki-67的高表达在上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展中有协同作用,可做为评价卵巢肿瘤生物学行为的重要依据。CD105在卵巢癌晚期高表达可做为评估卵巢癌恶性程度及预后的重要参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the epithelium ovary cancer the expression of Survivin,Ki-67 and CD105 genes in the tissue,related relation and clinical meaning and analyze it with the relativity of the clinical pathology and each index sign of prognosis,and inquiry into it with the relation of tumor afferent born.Methods 20 cases tissue of ovary benign tumor specimen usage immunity histochemistry of the expression of the capillaries density of method examination Survivin,Ki-67 and CD105 markings from 2009 to 2011 in gynecology department accepted to cure of 63 epithelium ovary cancer of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University,and as to it′s carry on comprehensive analysis with clinical each factor relation.Results Survivin、 Ki-67 the expression level was obviously high to organize at the positive ovary tumor in the epithelium ovary cancer the tissue(P<0.05).The expression of Ki-67 and Survivin had nothing to do with age and the tissue cent type,with ovary cancer of clinical cent expect,divided degree and lymph node transfer closely related.Survivin expression and expressions Ki-67s had certain relativity and present a just related relation(rs=0.583,P<0.05).CD105 the capillaries density of the markings was in the ovary cancer high expression(P<0.05);The capillaries density and ovary cancer of CD105 markingses of clinical cent expect,divided degree and lymph node transfer closely related,the capillaries density of Survivin and CD105 markings expresses in the ovary cancer in the meantime relevant allied,presented a just related relation(rs=0.521,P<0.05).Conclusion Survivin and Ki-67 of high the expression had synergy in the epithelium the ovary the cancer of the occurrence the development,be the importance which evaluates the biology behavior of the ovary tumor basis.The CD105 should be the important reference index sign which evaluates the ovary cancer malignant degree and prognosis at the ovary cancer′s later period′s high expression.更多还原
