【摘要】 目的探讨清开灵注射液治疗流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的80例患者随机分为两组,两组病例均给予常规抗感染、止咳、祛痰等对症处理。对照组予以利巴韦林注射液滴注,观察组用清开灵注射液滴注,3～5 d为1个疗程。结果对照组与观察组的总有效率分别为70.0%和87.5%,具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论在治疗流行性感冒中,清开灵注射液治疗流行性感冒效果明显,并有效地减轻了使用抗生素带来的耐药性,比利巴韦林滴注治疗具有更好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate Qingkailing Injection in the treatment of influenza.Methods 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,two groups were given conventional anti-infection,cough,phlegm and other symptomatic treatment,control group were given ribavirin injection droplet injection,the observation group with a clear opening Ling injection,3~5 d is a course of treatment.Results In control group and observation group,the total effective rate was 70.0% and 87.5%,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of influenza,the Qingkailing injection treatment of influenza effect is obvious,and effectively reduce the resistance caused by use of antibiotics,infusion therapy than ribavirin has a better clinical effect.更多还原
