【摘要】 目的探讨替米沙坦对高血压病伴2型糖尿病患者代谢紊乱的影响。方法将2型糖尿病伴高血压病的患者完全随机分为替米沙坦组和氨氯地平组。每组40例,分别口服替米沙坦40 mg,1次/d;氨氯地平5.0 mg,1次/d,均用药6个月。观察用药前后血压、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数,TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C代谢指标。结果替米沙坦组及氨氯地平组患者用药后血压较用药前明显降低。用药6个月后,两组间比较,血压无统计学差异。替米沙坦组用药6个月后胰岛素抵抗指数较用药前明显降低(2.47±1.65)VS(2.06±0.82),(P<0.05);氨氯地平组用药前后无统计学差异。结论替米沙坦可以改善高血压病伴2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the affection on metabolic disorder of type Ⅱ diabetes combined with hypertension treated with telmisartan.Methods 80 cases of such patient were divided into two groups randomly test group that were treated with telmisartan 40mg/d and control group that was treated with amlodipine 5.0mg/d and 6 months as a course.The clinical data of BP,blood suger,insuling,IRI,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were detected before and after treatment in these groups.Results The BP in both groups were decreased after treatment and without significant difference after 6 months.The IRI in test group was decreased obviouly after treatment(2.47±1.65) VS(2.06±0.82) P<0.05.There was no significant difference in control group of IDI.Conclusion Telmisartan might improve the IRI of type Ⅱ combined with hypertension.更多还原
