【摘要】 目的观察消痤丸治疗痤疮疗效。方法 300例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(口服中药"消痤丸")、对照组A(口服米诺环素胶囊)和对照组B(口服异维A酸胶丸)。结果治疗组、对照组A和对照组B的总有效率分别为86%、78.5%和72.92%;痊愈率分别为56%、48.39%和42.71%;复发率分别为27%、26.88%和37.5%。各组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论消痤丸治疗痤疮疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of "Xiaocuo pill" on acne.Methods 300 patients with acne were randomized into the treatment group(oral medicine "Xiaocuo pill"),the control group A(oral minocycline capsules) and the control group B(oral Isotretinoin Soft Capsules),their curative effect were compared.Results The clinical total effective rates in the treatment group,the control group A and the control group B were 86%,78.5% and 72.92% respectively;the cure rates were 56%,48.39% and 42.71% respectively and the recurrence rates were 27%,26.88% and 37.5% respectively.There were no significant differences among the three groups in the clinical total effective rate,the cure rate and the recurrence rate.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine "Xiaocuo pill" had better curative effect on acne.更多还原
