【摘要】 目的探索新形势下手术室高值吻合类耗材管理的科学方法。方法将2009年3月至2010年2月使用的高值吻合类耗材3 967件作为对照组,2010年3月至2011年2月使用的高值吻合类耗材4 687件作为观察组。对照组实施传统管理,观察组实施条形码技术辅助下的流程再造管理。结果观察组每日核对耗时数、月底核对结账耗时数和不良事件的发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论条形码技术辅助下的管理流程再造可有效提高手术室高值吻合类耗材管理效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a scientific method for the management of high-cost consumables like staplers in operating room.Methods We implemented conventional mana-gement for high-cost staplers from March 2009 to February 2010 and 3 967 staplers were served as control group,and from March 2010 to February 2011 we employed barcode-assisted process reengineering to ma-nage the staplers and 4 687 staplers were served as observation group.The total checking time per day,the time for making an inventory at the end of month,and the rates of errors were compared between the two groups.Results The above-mentioned evaluation indexes in the observation group were significantly shorter and lower than the control group(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Barcode-assisted process reengineering for managing high-cost staplers is effective.更多还原
