【摘要】 目的在护理操作技能培训中培养护士的发散性思维,以提高其解决临床实际问题的综合能力。方法在对178名护士进行护理操作技能培训时,改变传统的护理操作技能培训模式,采用提问与讨论相结合的启发式培训、互换角色的体验式培训及情境模拟的刺激式培训。结果培训后护士的护理操作技能得分、住院患者对护理操作的满意度较2009年有较大提高(均P<0.01);95.0%~100%的护士认为有利于全面掌握知识,提高病情评估能力、沟通交流能力、灵活应变能力及解决问题的能力,提高培训效率。结论护理操作技能培训中注重培养发散性思维,有利于护士全面掌握护理操作技能,提高护士解决临床实际问题的综合能力,提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To cultivate divergent thinking of nurses during skills training,and to foster nurses′ synthetic capacity of so-lving practical clinical problems.Methods One hundred and seventy eight nurses were enrolled in the skills training program.We changed the traditional training mode and adopted heuristic method which combined questioning and discussion,and experiential training of role reversal and scenario stimulative training.Results After application of the new training mode,nurses′ score of nur-sing skills examination and the satisfaction degree of inpatients with nursing operations were significantly increased as compared to those of 2009(P<0.01 for all).About 95.0%-100% of nurses believed that the new training mode contributed to the comprehensive understanding of knowledge,enhancement of assessing capacity,communication skills,flexibility and problem solving skills.And the training efficiency was greatly improved.Conclusion The application of divergent thinking mode in nursing skills training is effective in boosting nurses′ comprehensive understanding of knowledge,and in enhancement of nurses′ synthetic ability of solving practical clinical problems and the satisfaction degree of patients.更多还原
