标本放置时间与保存温度对血糖血钾结果的影响
Effect of storage time and temperature for samples on serum glucose and potassium
【摘要】 目的探讨血液标本在收集过程中标本放置时间与保存温度对检验结果的影响。方法抽取34例患者静脉血液于A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I试管中各1.5 ml,按不同保存时间(2.5 h、4.0 h和6.0 h)及温度(室温4℃)分别进行处理,用全自动生化分析仪检测血糖和血钾。结果血液离体后室温放置6 h较即刻离心后放置冰箱2.5 h血糖检测结果显著偏低(P<0.01);血糖≤6.1mmol/L患者血清在室温中放置4 h血糖测量值明显下降(P<0.01)。当将血液放置4℃后,4 h和6 h与即刻离心后放置2.5 h血钾测定结果比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论将采集的血液标本置于室温或4℃下,随着放置时间的延长,血糖和血钾水平会发生变化,因此,应将血标本尽快送检。
【Abstract】 Objective To examine the impact of storage time and temperature on test results of blood samples.Methods Blood samples collected from 34 patients were distributed into A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I tubes,with 1.5 ml in each tube.These tubes were placed under different temperature(room temperature or 4℃) for 2.5 h,4.0 h,6.0 h,respectively.Serum glucose and potassium were measured by an autobiochemical analyzer.Results Compared with samples centrifuged immediately after collection and placed in refrigerator for 2.5 h,content of serum glucose significantly decreased in samples placed at room temperature for 6.0 h(P<0.01).When samples were placed at room temperature for 4.0 h,the content of blood glucose significantly decreased in patients whose blood glucose was equal to or less than 6.1mmol/L(P<0.01).Compared with samples centrifuged immediately after collection and placed for 2.5 h at 4℃,significant differences were found in values of serum potassium in samples placed at 4℃ with storage time of 4.0 h or 6.0 h(P<0.01 for both).Conclusion Blood samples placed at room temperature or 4℃ should be tested as soon as possible because blood glucose and serum potassium will change as time goes by.
