【摘要】 目的寻找一种易于接受并减少按压止血环节工作量的有效方法。方法先由科研小组成员对脑外科、心内科、神经内科重症监护病房及ICU护士120人进行自行加压式棉棒的操作法培训。采用自身对照法,同一护士对同一患者的首次静脉采血按压止血采用指压棉签法(对照法,120例次),第二次静脉采血采用自行加压式棉棒按压法(棉棒法,120例次)。结果 93.00%护士培训1次即达标;两法操作时间和护士对按压法的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论自行加压式棉棒操作简单,能减少护士的工作量,提高护士的工作满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out an effective and acceptable method to reduce workload in hemostasis by compression.Methods A total of 120 ICU nurses working in department of neuro surgery,department of cardiology,department of neurology and ICU received training for use of homemade self-pressurization swabs.A self-controlled study was conducted.Nurses used swabs to press at the puncture sites after the first blood sample collection;when the same patient received another blood sample collection,a homemade self-pressurization swab was applied at the puncture site.Each method was tested 120 times.Results Strictly,93.00% nurses mastered use of the self-pressurization swabs after one training;significant differences were found in operation time and nurses′ satisfaction between the two methods(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Self-pressurization swabs are simple to operate.It can not only reduce workload,but also enhance degree of nurses′satisfaction.更多还原
