行动导向教学在静脉输液实验教学中的设计与应用
Design and application of action oriented teaching in venous infusion teaching
【摘要】 目的探究行动导向教学在静脉输液实验教学中的应用效果。方法将64名学生随机分成观察组(31人)和对照组(33人)。对照组按照传统方法教学;观察组实施行动导向教学,即在教学前将静脉输液操作分为判断分析、操作处理和病例分析3个阶段安排学生进行准备,分3次完成实验教学。结果观察组学生单元考核成绩总分及操作技能得分、选择分析与病例分析得分显著高于对照组,评判性思维量表得分显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论行动导向教学可提高基础护理学实验的教学效果,有利于培养学生的评判性思维能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of action-oriented teaching in venous infusion teaching.Methods A total of 64 students were divided into an observation group(n=31) and a control group(n=33) randomly.The control group learned how to give intravenous infusion by using traditional teaching method.The observation group received action-oriented teaching: before classroom teaching,teachers divided the intravenous infusion procedure into 3 stages of discriminatory analysis,procedure practicing and case study;students were asked to make preparations stage by stage;lab practising were completed in 3 sessions.Results The observation group scored significantly higher in unit examination,skill tests,selection and cases study than the control group did,and they also possessed significantly higher critical thinking ability than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The action-oriented teaching can improve the effect of fundamental nursing teaching,and it favors cultivation of students′ critical thinking ability.
