【摘要】 目的探讨温生姜水浸泡联合甩手垂扎法快速充盈手背高难穿刺静脉的效果。方法将手背高难穿刺静脉患者165例随机分为观察1组、观察2组和对照组各55例。观察1组静脉穿刺前采用热水浸手并甩手垂扎压脉带,观察2组静脉穿刺前采用生姜水浸手并甩手垂扎压脉带,对照组采用热水袋热敷手背部后在输液台扎压脉带。比较三组患者静脉充盈程度、一次静脉穿刺成功率。结果三组手背静脉充盈效果和一次穿刺成功率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),其中观察2组效果最好。结论手背高难穿刺静脉患者采用温生姜水浸泡联合甩手垂扎法有助于静脉快速充盈,提高一次穿刺成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To rapidly engorge dorsal vein of hand which is difficult to puncture by using lukewarm ginger juice immersion and arm-throwing-and-tourniquet-vertical-binding method.Methods A total of 165 cases whose dorsal vein of hand was difficult to puncture were commensurably and randomly divided into 3 groups.In group 1,patients′ hands were immersed into hot water and then were asked to throw their arms for several times and held their hands downwards.And immediately,nurses tied the tourniquet above the site to be punctured.Group 2 employed almost the same method except that their hands were soaked into lukewarm ginger juice.As for the control group,their hands were compressed with hot water bag for a while,and then,a tourniquet was tied above the site to be punctured when their hands were held on the infusion stand.The extent to which the dorsal veins of hand was engorged,and success rate of single venopuncture among the 3 groups were compared.Results There were significant differences in the extent of dorsal vein of hand engorgement,and success rate of single venopuncture among the 3 groups(P<0.01 for both),with group 2 having the strongest engorgement and the highest success rate.Conclusion The method of lukewarm ginger juice immersion and arm-throwing-and-tourniquet-vertical-binding is able to rapidly engorge the dorsal vein of hand and raise success rate of single venopuncture.更多还原
