【摘要】 目的探讨T4K矫治器矫治唇腭裂患者面中份发育不全的临床疗效。方法选择6~12岁面中份发育不全的唇腭裂患儿12例,采用T4K矫治器进行矫治。结果临床治疗12例唇腭裂患者,面中份骨骼均前移,面容大部分得到很大改善,其中6例患者咬合关系基本恢复正常,2例患者咬合关系为对刃关系,2例患者咬合关系为反(牙合)关系。结论 T4K矫治器能够有效地矫治唇腭裂患者的面中份发育不全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective T4K appliance treatment in patients with cleft lip and palate were developed in the face of insufficient clinical efficacy.Methods 6-12years old face were hypoplastic in 12 cases of cleft lip and palate patients,using T4K appliance to appliance.Results clinical treatment of 12 cases cleft lip and palate patients were bone surface in both forward and face the majority have been greatly improved,including 6 patients returned to normal occlusion,2 patients on the edge for the relationship between occlusion,occlusion in 2 patients as an anti-co-relations.Conclusion T4K appliance can effectively face the treatment of patients with cleft lip and palate development were inadequate.更多还原
