【摘要】 目的探讨微创保胆取石手术前后胆囊收缩功能的变化。方法回顾性分析21例行微创腹腔镜保胆取石手术患者临床资料,通过超声评估胆囊收缩功能,观察手术前后胆囊收缩功能的变化。结果在术后8周时,80.95%(17/21)的患者胆囊收缩功能明显改善,其中71.43%(15/21)的患者胆囊收缩功能恢复到良好。结论微创保胆取石术后早期胆囊收缩功能改善不明显,在术后8周左右大多数患者胆囊收缩功能可恢复或接近正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the function variation of gallbladder contraction around the mini-cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved operation.Methods The clinical data of 21 patients of the mini-cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder preserved operation by laparoscope were retrospectively analyzed.Ultrasonographic evaluation of gallbladder contraction in observation the function variation around the operation.Results 17 of 21(80.95%) patients’ gallbladder contraction function had improved greatly at the eight weeks after operation.Conclusion The gallbladder contraction function had improved badly at the early time after operation but it would improve greatly until the eight weeks after operation.更多还原
