【摘要】 目的探讨乳痛症的临床诊治体会。方法将门诊治疗的乳痛症女性病人随机分4组,用不同的方案治疗,作统计学分析。结果 3个月后A、B、C、D 4组按顺序,后面组都优于前一组(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论在解除癌症恐惧,鼓励病人与周围人多交流,规律生活、运动,合理饮食,佩戴合理胸罩等基础上联合应用乳核散结片和三苯氧胺对于乳痛症病人有明显效果,我们认为可以作为一线用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the best way to treat breast pain.MethodsThe patients with breast pain from August 2006 to March 2010 were randomly divided into four groups(A,B,C,D) to receive different treatments for Statistical analysis.ResultsThree months later,advantages of treatments were found that group B had priority over group A,group C over group B,and group D over groupC(P<0.05).So the results were Statistically significant.ConclusionCombination treatment with Ruhesanjie tablet and oral Tamoxifen for breast pain has a marked effect,based on the elimination of fear of cancer,the communication between patients and other people,the regular life and exercises,the appropriate diet,and wearing proper bra.So Ruhesanjie tablet and oral Tamoxifen can be used in clinical treatment for breast pain.更多还原
