纳米SiO2的分散程度对水泥基材料力学性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了手工搅拌、高速研磨搅拌、高速研磨搅拌+超声波的方法对纳米SiO2进行分散,并采用紫外-可见分光光度法研究了在不同分散方法下纳米SiO2的分散程度,测定了纳米SiO2水泥基材料抗折、抗压强度。试验结果表明:采用后两种方法,纳米SiO2分散程度大大增加,水泥基材料抗折、抗压强度明显提高。

【Abstract】 The methods of manual whip,high speed grind disperse,high speed grind disperse + supersonic wave were used to dispersed nanometer SiO2,and the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry were used to study the disperse degree of nanometer SiO2,the bend and compression strength of samples were mensurated.The experiment result showed that the disperse degree of nanometer SiO2 increased greatly,the bend and compression strength of samples heightened obviously used the two behind methods.
