基于FRP-OFBG智能钢绞线对无黏结部分预应力混凝土梁的全过程分析方法
Full-process analysis method for unbonded partially prestressed concrete beam w ith FRP-OFBG strand
【摘要】 结合用FRP筋封装的光纤光栅传感器即FRP-OFBG智能复合筋和钢绞线的力学特性,研制出了在钢绞线拉索中直接增加FRP-OFBG的智能钢绞线。通过其在受力时波长的改变值,推算出结构受力截面各个部位的应变值。提出了运用虚拟混凝土条带对无黏结混凝土梁截面进行开裂和破坏预警,以及FRP-OFBG智能钢绞线对无黏结预应力混凝土梁的全过程分析方法,经与试验结果对比,吻合良好,可为相关工程实践提供依据。
【Abstract】 With FRP-OFBG sensor bars and high strength of strand.Developed smart strand stay cable can be obtained by installing FRP-OFBG bar.Through its wavelength changed by the value of the force,calculate the strain of cross-section’s every parts.Proposed use virtual strip concrete,can be effective to prestressed structures early warning when cracks appear and concrete has crushed.A full-process analysis method for unbonded partially prestressed concrete beam with FRP-OFBG strand is proposed.Comparisons show that the analysis results agree well with the experimen-tal results,it can provide a reference for engineering application.
