废玻璃粗骨料混凝土的施工性能和强度试验研究
Experimental investigation on the strength and construction property of the waste glasses coarse aggregate concrete
【摘要】 废玻璃经过破碎后作为混凝土粗骨料,按一定比例掺入到混凝土中代替部分天然碎石或河石骨料,有助于废物利用与自然资源的保护。按照0、15%、25%、50%、75%、100%的比例代替天然碎石,配制C25普通混凝土,测试其新拌混凝土的施工性能以及它的3、7、14、28 d立方体抗压强度。试验结果表明,废玻璃代替部分天然碎石后,所拌合的混凝土具有良好的工作性能和强度,废弃玻璃粗骨料可以代替天然骨料使用。
【Abstract】 After waste glasses is crashed as coarse concrete aggregates and replace nature macadam according to same proportion.,it has contributed to make use of waste materials and protect environment.The research is based on using waste glasses,by 0,15%,25%,50%,75% and 100% in the material to replace nature macadam and make C25 concrete,then test construction work properties and cube compressive strength of 3,7,14,28 d.The laboratory tests results show that waste glass aggregate concrete has good work properties and cube compressive strength.
