预应力混凝土连续箱梁复合加固设计与施工

【摘要】 结合郑洛高速公路上廖峪沟预应力混凝土连续箱梁高架桥,采用增大截面、体外预应力筋、铆贴钢板和粘贴碳纤维布的方法进行复合加固,根据各种加固方法各自的加固效果,设计了最优的复合加固方案,并制定了复合加固的施工流程,成功地对廖峪沟高架桥进行了加固修复。复合加固法对同类连续箱梁的加固有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Combined by Liaoyugou prestressed concrete continuous box viaduct on the Zheng-Luo highwayf,our strengthening methods are adopted compositely to strength the bridgei,.e.strengthening with reinforcement concrete(R.C.),external-prestressed steel strandc,arbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)and bonded steel.According to the respective strengthening effectiveness of each methodt,he optimal strengthening program is designed and the strengthening technology is established,which is successfully applied in the strengthening for the viaduct.Composite strengthening method offers an essentially instructive approach to the strengthening for some similar continuous box girders.
