植生型多孔混凝土的制备与性能研究
Study on preparation and properties of plant-growing porous concrete
【摘要】 采用"造壳法"及无振荡分层压制方法制作了多孔混凝土,为满足工程应用和植物生长要求,对多孔混凝土厚度、矿物掺加量及各主要配合比进行了试验优化。结果表明,该法能够制作出植生型多孔混凝土,其中搅拌过程的预拌水量的控制是重要步骤。多孔混凝土的厚度宜控制在10~15cm之间。矿渣的加入能提高多孔混凝土的性能,其掺合比宜控制在5%~20%,且10%时最佳。多孔混凝土的抗压强度随水灰比的增加先升高后降低、随骨灰比的减小及骨料粒径的降低而升高;而孔隙率及透水系数则降低。适宜的配合比为水灰比0.33~0.37,骨灰比5~7,骨料级配为10~20 mm占总量的30%、10~30mm占总量的70%。制得的多孔混凝土的28 d抗压强度为6~12 MPa,孔隙率大于21%,透水系数大于20mm/s。
【Abstract】 Porous concrete was produced,using a"shell made law"and non-oscillation suppression method.With the aim of engineering appli-cation and meeting the needs of plant growing,the thickness,addition of mineral and various mix ratios were investigated.The results show that the plant-growing porous concrete could be produced by the method,and ready-mixed water control was a key step in the mixing process.The thickness of the porous concrete was 10~15 cm.The addition of slag in the proper ratio of 5%~20%could improve the properties of the porous concrete with an optimum addition ratio of 10%.The compressive strength of the porous concrete increased,then decreased with the increasing wa-ter cement ratio,and could be enhanced by decreasing the aggregate cement ratio and the size of aggregate,which the void ratio and permeability coefficient were contraryt o.The proper mix ratios were obtained as follows: water-cement ratio 0.33~0.37,aggregate-cement ratio 5~7,gradation of ag-gregate(10~20 mm 30%,10~30 mm 70%).Further,the property indexes of porous concrete were given here:28 d compressive strength 6~12 MPa,void ratio(>21%)and permeability coefficient(>20%).
