【摘要】 目的:探讨钢板内固定失效的原因、治疗及康复指导。方法:对6年间本院治疗的骨折后钢板内固定失效病例进行回顾性研究及追踪随访。结果:钢板内固定失效与钢板材料、设计、使用不合理、锻炼不当、医患合作性差等因素有关。72例中34例再次手术和植骨愈合,38例经外固定保护和康复锻炼愈合。结论:改进钢板的制造工艺,选择合适的钢板,正确的康复锻炼,及时复查,早期发现失效迹象,及时处理,可促进骨折愈合,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the reasons for failure of internal fixation and guidance for treatment and rehabilitation.Methods:Retrospertive analysis of the clinical data of 74 patients with treatment failure after fracture fixation hospitalized over the past 6 years were conducted.Results: The reasons for plate fixation failure included plate material,design,unreasonable use,exercise improper and doctor-patient relationship.34 patients undergoing reoperation and bone graft and the other 38 cases with external fixation protection and rehabilitation exercises were all healed.Conclusion:Improving steel manufacturing process,selecting the appropriate plate,the right rehabilitation exercises,timely reviewing,the early detection of signs of failure and timely treatment can promote healing and reduce complicationsand added ingredient.更多还原
