【摘要】 目的:评定治疗性沟通前后心脏介入手术病人的心理状态。方法:治疗性沟通前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自制术前心理应激相关因素量表,对104例心脏介入手术病人进行测评,对评分进行对比研究。结果:治疗性沟通前SCL-90各项评分均值显著高于干预后,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对心脏介入手术病人实施治疗性沟通切实有效,能有效促进病人身心健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Evaluation the of heart intervention patients before and after therapeutic communication psychological state.Methods:The therapeutic communication using symptoms before self rating scale(SCL-90) and self-control preoperative psychological stress related factors scale of 104 cases of interventional heart surgery patients to score evaluation,and to aompare the score.Results:Treatment sex before SCL-90 various communication significantly higher than average score after intervention were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:The interventional heart surgery patients implementation therapeutic communication effectively,can effectively promote the patients physical and mental health.更多还原
