【摘要】 目的:分析监控小组在医院感染管理中的作用,提高医院感染管理质量,降低医院感染的发生率。方法:根据医院感染管理的基本要求和岗位需要,建立医院感染监控小组,进行医院感染管理,并根据实施情况结合文献报道对人员设置和管理模式进行改进,比较监控小组设置前后医院感染的发生率。结果:监控小组成立运作一年后医院病原学送检率、环境消毒合格率均明显提高,与监控小组成立前比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01);医院感染发生率由5.29%降低至3.27%,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);医务人员感染知识知晓率、培训出勤率、考核合格率均明显提高,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);医务人员医院感染漏报率降低(P<0.05)。结论:监控小组有效提高了医院感染管理质量,降低了医院感染的发生率,在医院感染管理中具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the action of monitoring group in the management of hospital infection,to improve the quality of management and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.Methods:According to the basic requirements of the hospital infection management needs,developing and position of hospital infection monitoring group,carries on the hospital infection management,and according to the implementation of documental reported set-up and the management pattern was improved,to compare monitoring group setting the incidence of nosocomial infection before and after.Results:Monitoring group was formed operation one year hospital etiology inspection rate and disinfectyield of environment were significantly increase,There were differences statistically significant(P< 0.01).By nosocomial infections 5.29%,reduced to 3.27%,There was differences statistically significant(P< 0.05).Infection of knowledge about,training attendance,assessment were significantly improve rate,a statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Monitoring team effectively improved the hospital infection management quality and reduced the incidence of nosocomial infection in hospital infection has important significance in the management.更多还原
