【摘要】 目的:探讨舒适护理应用于分娩的临床效果。方法:172例产妇被随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予舒适护理。结果:所有产妇均顺利分娩,实验组总产程、VAS评分、剖宫产率和产后并发症率等指标均显著优于于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理应用于分娩产妇能显著提高产妇身心舒适度,改善产后生活质量,值得临床考虑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of comfortable care used for delivery.Methods:172 cases of lying-in woman were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was given routine nursing,and experimental group was given comfortable care.Results: All cases delivered successfully.The total stages of labor,VAS,rate of cesarean section and rate of complications in experimental group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Comfortable care used in used in lying-in woman,can significantly enhance physical and mental comfort and improve the life quality after delivery,so it deserved considering in clinical work.更多还原
