【摘要】 目的:探讨急诊实习护士临床带教中可能存在的问题,以及相应的改进方法。方法:通过发放调查问卷,总结和分析急诊实习护士在临床带教中存在的问题,并进行带教方法的改进,将前后的结果进行对比。结果:实习护士在临床带教中存在的问题包括带教模式、带教方法、带教老师的水平等,进行带教方法改进后,效果显著。结论:传统护理教学模式在急诊科带教中存在一定的不适宜性,改革教学方法、提高护理教学质量,对培养实用型护理人才具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the possible clinical problems and the corresponding enhancement.Methods:Summarized and analyzed the emergency nurses in the clinical teaching practice problems through the issuance of questionnaires,and maked improvements for teaching methods,compared the results before and after.Results:The existing problems of student nurses in clinical teaching are teaching pattern,teaching methods,the level of teacher education and so on,the effect of improvement teaching methods is remarkable.Conclusions:There is a certain degree of unsuitability in teaching traditional nursing education in the emergency department,reforming teaching methods,improving the quality of nursing education are important for training practical nursing talent.更多还原
