【摘要】 目的:通过质量控制,提高标本采集质量,降低患者异常反应发生,保障检验结果的准确性。方法:对我院实施双重质量控制前后的血液标本进行分析,对比前后标本不合格率是否有明显差异,发生异常反应的患者人数是否有差异,分析差异是否有统计学意义。结果:实施双重质量控制前,患者异常反应为0.36%,标本不合格为0.37%;实施双重质量控制后,患者异常反应为0.15%,标本不合格为0.15%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:只有实现护理质量的前馈控制和同期控制,才能提高标本采集的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To ensure more accurate inspection result and low paradoxical reaction through high quality samples got by quality control.Methods: Our hospital before and after the implementation of the dual quality control analysis of blood samples,compared to a failure rate of samples before and after there was an obvious difference in the number of abnormal reaction of patients whether there are differences,analysis of whether the differences were statistically significant.Results: Implementation of the dual quality control before the abnormal response in patients was 0.36%,0.37% samples failed;implementation of the dual quality control,the abnormal response in patients was 0.15%,0.15% samples failed,P<0.05.Conclusion: Only when the control of feed forward’s and corresponding periods for nursing care achieved,the samples’ quality can be improved.更多还原
