恒温湿化一次性呼吸管路系统在呼吸机治疗中的应用价值分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨恒温湿化器配合带加热导丝的一次性呼吸管路系统在呼吸机治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:对我院呼吸科、脑外科及中心ICU使用呼吸机治疗≥48 h的300例患者分为两组,实验组150例为中心ICU使用MR850恒温湿化含加热导丝的一次性呼吸管路系统,对照组150例为呼吸科及脑外科使用传统可重复使用的加温湿化呼吸管路系统。分析其在呼吸机治疗过程中管道倾倒冷凝水量、管道护理次数、痰液黏稠度、气道形成痰痂例数及发生呼吸机相关性肺炎例数。结果:实验组倾倒冷凝水量、管道护理次数、痰液黏稠度、气道形成痰痂例数、机械通气时间及发生呼吸机相关性肺炎例数均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:恒温湿化器(MR850)配合带加热导丝的一次性呼吸管路系统能够为呼吸机治疗患者提供最佳温度和湿度的气体,减少呼吸机管道护理工作量,降低气道痰液黏稠度,降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To exeplore the analysis of applied value of the constant temperature and Humidification disposable breath pipeline system for patient treated by ventilator.Methods:In our hospital respiratory medicine,center for brain and ICU ventilator used in the treatment of ≥48 h of 300 patients were divided into two groups,the experimental group 150 cases-centric ICU used MR850 moistened with heating wire of disposable respiratory pipe system.The control group 150 cases for breathing and neurosurgery using traditional reusable with temperature and humidity of respiratory pipe system.Analysis of their breathing machine treatment process pipeline dumping of condensation water,pipeline nursing times,sputum viscosity,airway sputum callus formation/sec,time of mechanical ventilation and ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)/sec,until the end of the treatment of respiratory machine.Results:The experimental group dumping condensation water and pipeline nursing times,sputum viscosity,airway sputum callus formation/sec and ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP) cases were clearly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Moistened(MR850) with heating wire of disposable respiratory pipe system can provide patients with ventilator-treatment provide the best possible temperature and humidity of the gas,to reduce respiratory machines pipes nursing workload,airway sputum viscosity and the incidence of VAP.
