【摘要】 资深护士是护理事业的宝贵资源,通过连续性排班、分层管理、实施护理会诊、护理查房,合理分流、积极培养专科护士等措施,资深护士在护理领域中发挥了充分作用,体现其专业价值,同时保证了护理工作质量。

【Abstract】 The senior nursing staff are valuable human resources in nursing,Senior nurses played their own roles in different field through carrying out a series of strategies such as continuous shift-arrange,Nurse Grading Management,nursing rounding wards,nursing consultation system,reasonable diversion and positively culture clinical nurse specialist.Senior nurses actualized their professional value and ensured nursing quality.
