【摘要】 为了探明亚洲带绦虫和牛带绦虫在家猪体内的发育规律及致病性,试验用两种带绦虫卵分别灌胃感染家猪,于不同时间剖检,观察两种带绦虫在家猪体内的发育情况,并取肝组织进行病理检查。结果表明:家猪对两种带绦虫卵均易感,是亚洲带绦虫的适宜中间宿主,牛带绦虫的非适宜中间宿主;亚洲带绦虫囊尾蚴寄生数量多,各期发育良好;而牛带绦虫囊尾蚴寄生数量少,囊尾蚴发育及存活时间短,体积小。两种带绦虫均可造成家猪不同程度的病理损害,以亚洲带绦虫造成的损害更严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the development mechanisms and pathogenicity of Taenia asiatica and Taenia saginata in domestic pigs,The domestic pigs were infected respectively with eggs of Taenia asiatica and Taenia saginata,and then dissected at regular interval after infection,checked the parasitic conditions of cysticerci,and observed the pathological damages of the hepatic tissues.The results indicated that the domestic pigs were susceptible to infect the two breeds of cestodes,the domestic pigs were suitable intermediate host of Taenia asiatica,but were not suitable intermediate host of Taenia saginata.A large quantity of cysticerci were found in the livers infected Taenia asiatica,developing well in all the stages,however was a few cysticerci were found in the pigs infected Taenia saginata,which with shorter living time and smaller size.The two kinds of cestodes can result to the serious pathological lesions on the host,and the more serious damage caused by Taenia asiatica.更多还原
