【Abstract】 Using a data set based on 6 digital tariff codes indentified in 188 global countervailing cases initiated from 1993 to 2007,covering the latest statistical data from 1991 to 2009,conducts an empirical analysis on dynamic panel data model by GMM.Empirical test shows that countervailing has significant trade destruction effects on named countries and diverts imports from named countries to non-named countries,which will partly weaken the protection function of countervailing.更多还原
