【摘要】 本文对1961~2008年黑龙江省暴雨、区域暴雨的时空分布特征及极值分布特征等进行了总结分析,得出以下结论:黑龙江省的暴雨主要集中在7～8月,暴雨发生频率最高的是7月下旬;黑龙江省区域性暴雨较少,以局地暴雨为主,但都具有4 a左右的年际尺度周期变化;在总暴雨日数偏多的年代,区域性暴雨占的比例也偏大;暴雨集中区主要在齐齐哈尔西部、黑龙江省的中部(哈尔滨、绥化东北部、伊春南部、鹤岗西部、佳木斯西部)和佳木斯的东部3个区域。不同的年代暴雨大值区域差异较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 in this article we analyzed the Characteristics of time and space distribution and the extreme values of the heavy rain happed in Heilongjiang Province from 1961 to 2008.And we concluded that the heavy rain happened mainly in July and August,especially,the highest frequent heavy rain happen in July.Mainly the some arrears heavy rains,local heavy rains in Heilongjiang province was fewer,and usually was 4 years annually change periodicity.And the local heavy rains was more than normal at the year which had more heavy rains days,and most of the heavy rains centralized in the west areas of Qiqihaer city /center arrears of Heilongjiang province and the east arrears of Jiamusi city.更多还原
