光折射法快速测量牛乳乳糖质量分数研究
Study on Quick Measurement of Lactose Content in Milk with Dioptric Method
【摘要】 针对我国牛乳乳糖质量分数测量存在精度偏低、测量速度慢的情况,依据光折射理论,提出了一种快速精确测量牛乳乳糖质量分数的新方法:光折射法,并构建了稳定可靠的测试系统。理论研究和实际测量结果表明,试样盒的形状对测试结果有重要影响,采用双三角形试样盒,利用光折射法测量牛乳乳糖的质量分数可达到0.1%的精度。
【Abstract】 The dioptric method was proposed in this paper for quick and high accuracy measurement of lactose content in milk against ones of low accuracy and slow operating in domestic milk industry.This method is based on the optical dioptric theory.Furthermore,the stable and reliable measurement system has been built up.Theoretical and experiment studies show that the shape of sample case plays important role on the measurement results.It is found that the accuracy up to 0.1% in quality can be obtained with this method by employing the bi-triangle sample case.
