部分表型交配群体的信息熵
Shannon Entropy on the Population with a Part of Homologous Phenotypes
【摘要】 研究了在世代交替中群体总有50%的个体表型同型交配、50%的的个体随机交配的大孟德尔群体,推得各世代基因型频率分布、母子间基因型频率分布,给出各世代基因型信息熵、母子间基因型联合信息熵的算式,并证明二者随世代交替逐渐减少,最终趋于定值,群体最终达到一种远离Hardy-Weinberg平衡的非平衡定态。模拟结果验证了所得结论的正确性。
【Abstract】 It was found that there are always large mendelian population of 50% homologous phenotypes mating and 50% random rating,The laws of genotype frequency distribution and joint genotype frequency distribution between female genotypes and its descendant genotypes with alternation of generations on aforesaid population were deduced.The genotype Shannon entropies,the joint genotypes Shannon entropy between female genotypes and its descendant genotypes gradually with alternation of generations,andfinally it tend towards fixed values.The population reached a non-equilibrium steady state out of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium state at last.The simulation results illustrated the correctness of the obtained conclusions.
