煤炭企业新型工业化水平评价
Evaluation of new industrialization in coal enterprise
【摘要】 传统煤炭工业采用粗放型发展模式,资源消耗量大、环境破坏严重。针对这一情况,基于新型工业化发展内涵和特征,建立以经济效益、资源开发、技术水平、安全水平、资源环境、人力资源为一级指标的煤炭企业新型工业化水平评价指标体系。依据信息熵和数据包络分析(DEA)方法建立DEA评价模型,并运用该模型对黑龙江龙煤集团双鸭山分公司的新型工业化水平进行评价。结果表明,制约龙煤集团双鸭山分公司新型工业化发展的不利因素为安全水平、技术水平和人力资源。该研究可为煤炭企业新型工业化发展提供决策依据。
【Abstract】 Aimed at a solution to extensive development mode which suffers from a greater resources consumption and serious environmental damage,as in the case of traditional coal industries,this paper proposes the new industrialization evaluation index system for coal enterprises based on economic benefits,technology,safety,resources and environment and human resources as the first index,according to the connotation and the features of new industrialization.The use of the DEA evaluation model that builds on entropy and DEA to evaluate the new industrialization of Longmei Group Shuangyashan Branch shows that the negative factors restricting the new industrialization development of Longmei Group Shuangyashan Branch result from safety,technology and human resources.The study promises to be a basis for decision for the new industrialization development of coal enterprises.
