AO捕收剂浮选稀缺难浮煤实验
Flotation experiment of scarce difficult-to-float fine coals floated by collector AO
【摘要】 针对稀缺难浮煤浮选回收率偏低的情况,研制一种AO浮选捕收剂。通过浮选实验和润湿热实验,比较AO捕收剂、煤油、柴油对稀缺难浮煤的浮选效果、浮选速度及三种药剂与难浮煤泥作用的润湿热。结果显示:AO捕收剂浮选稀缺难浮煤的最佳操作指标为,捕收剂与起泡剂质量配比3∶1、捕收剂与起泡剂总用量1.28 kg/t、矿浆浓度75 g/L;在精煤灰分大致相同的情况下,AO捕收剂的浮选精煤产率比煤油、柴油分别提高了11.33%和14.94%,浮选完善指标分别提高了6.18%和8.09%;AO捕收剂的浮选速度最快,与煤样作用的润湿热最大。验证性浮选实验结果进一步证明AO捕收剂是一种理想的难浮煤用浮选药剂,具有实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 This paper is an attempt to develop a collector AO designed for addressing the low recovery rate of the scarce difficult-to-float fine coals.The development involves comparing the effect and speed of flotation and the wetting heat of using AO,kerosene and diesel oil by flotation and wetting heat experiment.The results show that the best parameters of the scarce difficult-to-float fine coals floated by the collector AO are that the mass ratio of the collector with the blowing agent is 3∶1,the total amount of the collector and the blowing agent is 1.28 kg/t and the pulp concentration is 75 g/L.In the case of similar clean coal ash content,AO collector gives 11.33% and 14.94% higher clean coal yield,and 6.18% and 8.09% higher perfect index flotation,than the kerosene and diesel oile respectively.The AO collector shows the fastest recovery speed and the biggest wetting heat.The results of confirmatory flotation experiments have further shown that the collector AO was an ideal flotation reagent with the value of practical application.
