管材弯曲成形理论与技术研究进展
A Review of the Research of Theory and Technology on Tube Bending Process
【摘要】 针对管材弯曲成形问题,系统地总结了国内外研究人员采用理论分析、有限元模拟、实验研究方法在管材弯曲成形方面的工作和取得的研究进展,包括管材弯曲后截面质量、回弹、弯曲过程成形极限、弯曲工艺模具、加工工艺参数智能化预测等,并提出了管材弯曲当前存在的问题及发展趋势.
【Abstract】 To solve the pipe bending forming problem,this paper summarized the evolutions and works obtained by researchers with theory analysis FE simulation and test methods from home and abroad.These evolutions and work are mainly about the section quality,spring-back after bended forming limit,bending process mold and intelligent forecast of bending process parameters.Finally the issues and the trends of pipe bending development are proposed in the paper.
