【摘要】 目的探讨肺癌患者主要照顾者生活质量与应对方式状况,为制订有效的护理对策提供依据。方法选择2009年1月至2011年3月住院治疗的126名符合纳入条件的肺癌患者主要照顾者为研究对象,应用一般资料调查问卷、生活质量测定量表简表和医学应对方式问卷进行调查。结果肺癌患者主要照顾者的面对应对方式及回避应对方式的高水平组生活质量各维度得分均高于低水平组,屈服应对方式高水平组生活质量各维度得分均低于低水平组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者主要照顾者生活质量有待于提高,护理人员应在实施护理的过程中考虑到照顾者的生活质量和应对方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the quality of life and coping styles of lung cancer caregivers so as to provide references of effective nursing interventions.Methods A total of 126 caregivers were recruited during January 2009 to March 2011.A general information questionnaire,quality of life scale and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire were employed.Results The scores of quality of life in the caregivers with higher level in the two coping dimensions of face and avoidance were higher than those with lower level,and the scores of quality of life in the caregivers with higher level in the coping dimension of submission was lower than those with lower level,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Quality of life and coping styles of lung cancer caregivers need to be improved and considered by nurses during nursing process.更多还原
