【摘要】 目的探索大包干责任制在新生儿病区的应用效果。方法将不同层级的护士合理搭配,分成责任小组,实行APN排班,实施床边工作,落实大包干责任制。结果基础护理和专科护理质量及患儿家属满意度均提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论实施大包干责任制,使护士对所负责的患儿提供连续、全程、全面的护理服务,密切了护患关系,提高了护理质量及对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of the all-round responsibility system in the neonates ward.Methods The measures included reasonably matching nursing with different levels,dividing the nurses into different responsibility groups,implementing APN working schedule and the all-round responsibility system.Results The quality of basic nursing and specialty nursing and the satisfaction degree of children’s parents were significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Application of the all-round responsibility system is beneficial for nurses to provide continuous,full and comprehensive nursing services for children close the relationship between nurses and patients,improve the quality of nursing and parent satisfaction.So it is worthy of wide application in clinical nursing.更多还原
