【摘要】 目的观察下肢骨折患者应用可调式多功能外固定器的效果。方法将下肢骨折患者分为对照组49例和观察组60例,观察组使用可调式多功能下肢固定器进行固定,对照组采用传统方法固定。结果观察组患者有效固定率及舒适度均高于对照组,压疮发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论使用可调式多功能外固定器可有效固定下肢骨折肢体,减少并发症的发生,减轻患者痛苦,促进骨折愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of adjustable multi-functional external fixators applied in patients with lower limb fracture.Methods A total of 109 patients with lower limb fracture were enrolled in the orthopedics department and divided into the control group(49 cases) and the experimental group(60 cases) randomly.The experimental group used adjustable multi-functional external fixators and the control group adopted traditional methods.Results The rate of effective fixation and the score of comfort were higher in the experimental group than the control group and the incidence rate of pressure ulcer was lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Adjustable multi-functional external fixator is effective to fix fracture limbs,reduce the incidence of complications,and relieve the pain,and promote the healing of the fracture limb.更多还原
