【摘要】 目的了解PICC导管异位的发生情况及相关因素,以减少导管异位的发生。方法观察200例PICC患者导管异位的发生情况,并分析其相关因素。结果 PICC导管异位发生率为11.00%。不同年龄、性别及穿刺体位患者导管异位发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);头静脉导管异位发生率明显高于贵要静脉(P<0.01)和正中静脉(P<0.05),而贵要静脉与正中静脉导管异位差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PICC置管时应严格规范操作流程,优先选择贵要静脉,以降低导管异位发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the incidence and related factors of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter(PICC) misplacement so as to reduce its occurrence rate.Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with PICC were selected.The incidence of catheter misplacement was investigated and its related factors were analyzed.Results The incidence of PICC catheter misplacement was 11.00%.The incidence of PICC catheter misplacement was not different in patients with different age group,sex and body position during puncture(P>0.05).The puncture via cephalic vein had higher incidence of catheter misplacement than via basilic vein(P<0.01) and median vein(P<0.05).The incidence of catheter misplacement had no significant difference between basilic vein and median vein(P>0.05).Conclusion It is suggested to insert PICC according to standardized operational procedure and select basilic vein preferentially,thus reducing the incidence of catheter misplacement.更多还原
