【摘要】 目的评价护理干预对减轻社区痴呆患者照顾者负担的效果,为痴呆患者及其照顾者的社区干预提供理论支持。方法将53例社区痴呆患者的照顾者依照随机数字表分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予1年的以问题为中心的知识宣教、技能指导、信息和情感支持以及压力应对方式指导等护理干预,对照组处于自然状态。采用照顾者负担问卷分别于干预前和干预后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月评定两组照顾者的负担状况。结果干预组照顾者负担在干预后9个月减轻且负担轻于对照组(P<0.05),干预后12个月保持稳定,对照组照顾者负担干预前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理干预有助于减轻社区痴呆患者照顾者的负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on caregivers’ burden for dementia patients in community in order to provide guidance and evidence for the community-based management of dementia patients and family caregivers.Methods A total of 53 participants were randomly assigned to the control group and the intervention group.The caregivers in the intervention group received one-year problem-based guidance of knowledge and skills,stress-coping management and effective utilization of social supports.Caregivers’ burden was measured by Caregiver Burden Inventory at 0,3,6,9 and 12 months.Results The caregivers’ burden in the intervention group were reduced at the 9th month(P<0.05)and remained stability at the 12th month.Compared to the caregivers in the control group,the caregivers’ burden in the intervention group was less after 9 months(P<0.05).There was no significant diffference in caregivers’ burden of the control group before and after the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the burden of caregivers of dementia patients in community.更多还原
