Skp2、P27、Ki67在宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:探讨宫颈病变组织中Skp2、P27和Ki67蛋白的表达情况及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化S-2P检测25例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)、14例宫颈鳞癌组织和11例慢性宫颈炎鳞状上皮组织中Skp2、P27和Ki67蛋白的表达。分析宫颈病变形成过程中Skp2、P27和Ki67蛋白表达的变化以及临床病理特征的关系。结果:Skp2和Ki67在慢性宫颈炎、CIN和宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达率分别为9.09%(1/11)、48.88%(22/45)、85.71%(12/14)和18.18%(2/11)、62.22%(28/45)、100%(14/14),两者在CIN和宫颈鳞癌中阳性表达率明显高于慢性宫颈炎组织的表达,差异有显著性(P<0.05);P27蛋白在慢性宫颈炎、CIN和宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达率分别为81.81%(9/11)、57.77%(26/45)和7.14%(1/14),其在CIN和宫颈鳞癌中阳性表达率明显低于慢性宫颈炎组织的表达,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在CIN和宫颈鳞癌组织中,Skp2和Ki67表达呈正相关(P<0.05);P27和Skp2、Ki67表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:Skp2、P27和Ki67参与了CIN、宫颈癌的发生。Skp2、Ki67和P27联合检测可作为早期诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的标记物,可提高宫颈癌的早期诊断率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of SKP2,P27and Ki67 in cervical intraep ithelial neoplasia and cervix carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods:The expression of Skp2,P27 and Ki67 were assessed by immunohisto hemistry(SP) in cervical specimens,including 45 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),14 cases of cervix carcinoma and 11 cases of chronic cervicitis.The expression changes of Skp2,P27 and Ki67 protein in the formation of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervix carcinoma and the relationship between the clinical features and pathological features were analyzed.Results:Positive rates of SKP2 and Ki67 in chronic cervicitis,CIN and cervix carcinoma were 9.09(1/11),48.88%(22/45),85.71%(12/14) and 18.18%(2/11),62.22%(28/45),100%(14/14) respectively;positive rates of both in CIN and cervix carcinoma were notably higher than in the chronic cervicitis(P<0.05).Positive rates of P27 in chronic cervicitis,CIN and cervix carcinoma were 81.81%(9/11),57.77%(26/45) and 7.14%(1/14) respectively,while its positive rates in CIN and cervix carcinoma were notably lower than in chronic cervicitis(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between Skp2 and Ki67 in CIN and cervix carcinoma(P<0.05).There was anegative correlation between P27,Skp2 and Ki67 in CIN and cervix carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusions:Skp2,P27 and Ki67may involve in the initiation of CIN and cervix carcinoma.Skp2,P27 and Ki67 could be used asmarkers for early diagnosis of cervix carcinoma.It can be helpful for increasing the ratio of early diagnosis of cervix carcinoma.
