【摘要】 目的:探讨MRI对腰椎隐匿性骨折的诊断价值。方法:32例急性腰椎外伤患者均行X线检查及MRI检查。结果:本组32例X线平片均未见骨折征像;腰椎受伤椎体分别为L1椎体4例,L2椎体3例,L3椎体7例,L4椎体10例,L5椎体8例;32例病例MR T1WI、T2WI示椎体有水平方向走行的线状低信号带,在T2WI低信号周围可见高信号水肿影S,TIR病灶呈边缘较清的高信号。结论:MRI能清晰显示隐匿性骨折的骨折、水肿,早期准确诊断隐匿性骨折,若患者临床症状、体征明显,X线诊断阴性,不能除外隐性骨折,MRI应为首选最佳的检查手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the value of MR imaging in diagnosing occult fractures of lumbar. Methods:32 cases with acute trauma were examined radiography and MR imaging. Results:All 32 cases had normal radiographic results.4 fractures occurred in the L1 lumber vertebra,3 in the L2 lumber vertebra,7 in the L3 lumber vertebra,10 in the L4 lumber vertebra,8.in the L5lumber vertebra.all of the cases vertebral occlut fractures,MR imaging demonstrated horizontal linear low signal in the vertebra on both T1WI and T2WI,and high signal changes around low signal were seen on T2WI,and more clearer high signal were seen on STIR. Conclusions:MR imaging could clearly and early determine the diagnosis of occult fractures.MRI should be the next examination of choice when plain films fail to reveal suspected fractures in the setting of suggestive symptoms and positive physical examination.更多还原
