【摘要】 通过对航天某厂生产管理现状的分析,针对该厂计划层控制层相互脱节,生产管理缺乏过程监控手段等问题,提出了面向作业车间的生产调度系统的设计思想,详细介绍了该系统的功能模块以及实现系统的关键技术,并开发了较为实用的生产调度系统。通过图形化的生产计划制定和调整,并基于工作流实时控制和管理从计划下达到成品完工全过程,极大地提高了计划编制效率,实现了对生产过程的规范和监控,以及异常情况的实时反馈和快速响应。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the characteristics of production management in an enterprise of spaceflight,especially the scheming-section is disconnected from command-section,less measures of process-supervision are used for production management,the design scheme idea of production scheduling system in execution workshop is discussed,the function modules and the realizing key technologies are introduced in detail.Furthermore,an applied archetypal system is opened up.This system adjusts or sets down production scheduling through integrated graphical interface and realizes real-time control with the whole process from plan-putout to finished product by use of work flow.It improves planning rate hugely and realizes criterion and control of production-process and real-time feedback and response of abnormity.更多还原
