脉冲爆震发动机管壁废热加温燃油实验

【摘要】 在内径为110 mm的大管径脉冲爆震发动机模型上,以煤油为燃料,空气为氧化剂,进行了脉冲爆震发动机不同爆震频率的管壁换热实验.实验结果发现利用管壁废热加温燃油可以提高燃油的温度,改善爆震性能并缩短爆燃到爆震的转捩(DDT)距离,也能够有效地降低发动机的管壁温度.当发动机工作在20Hz时,管壁温度最大可以降低94℃.

【Abstract】 Using kerosene as fuel and air as oxidizer,experiments on heat exchanger between detonation tube and fuel were performed on a pulse detonation engine(PDE) with a diameter of 110 mm at different frequencies.It’s found that the way of utilizing the waste heat produced by detonation tube can not only increase the temperature of fuel,but also improve PDE’s operating performance and shorten the distance of deflagration to detonation transition(DDT).This heat exchanger process could also reduce the temperature of detonation tube.The temperature of detonation tube could decrease by 94 ℃ at the operating frequency of 20 Hz.
