【摘要】 目的:探讨加味清胰汤在急性胰腺炎(AP)治疗中的作用。方法:将60例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组(n=30)按西医标准给与常规治疗。治疗组(n=30)在西医常规治疗基础上加中药加味清胰汤灌胃。观察患者症状改善情况、血淀粉酶恢复时间以及住院天数。结果:观察组在腹痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、体温恢复正常时间、住院天数明显短于对照组,总体疗效也优于对照组。结论:加味清胰汤配合西药运用治疗急性胰腺炎,疗效优于单纯西药治疗,应尽早使用,以缩短疗程,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Jiawei qingyi decoction on the therapy of acute pancreatitis.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group(standard therapeutic group),treatment group(Jiawei qingyi decoction therapeutic group).There were 30 patients in each group.The standard Western medicine were given in control group.Jiawei qingyi decoction were given in treatment group.The time of pain relief,tenderness disappearance,serum amylase and the average length of stay in hospital were compared between two group.Results:The time of pain relief,tenderness disappearance,serum amylase and the average length of stay in hospital was less in treatment group than in control group.Total effective rate was higher in treatment group than control group.Conclusion:Efficacy of Jiawei qingyi decoction combined Western medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis is better than conventional Western medicine treatment,which is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
