基于模糊综合评判模型的焊接方法选择评价系统

【摘要】 为辅助工程师进行焊接方法选择,在综合考虑焊接质量、焊接成本和焊接效率的基础上,构建了焊接方法综合评价指标体系专家系统.设计了各指标值的采集方法和模糊预测方法,并利用功效分数理论提出了指标的无量纲化途径.最后建立了两种焊接方法优化选择综合评价模型,并根据模型开发制造了焊接方法选择评价专家系统.系统采用浏览器/服务器结构和增量式开发,其使用能为焊接方法的择优选择提供依据,使焊接工艺制定决策更贴近实际.

【Abstract】 To assist welding engineers to select welding processes,an expert system of comprehensive evaluating index is designed for selecting welding processes based on the quality,cost and efficiency of welding processes.A fuzzy method is developed to collect and predict the index,the methods to get the non-dimensional indicators for the index according to benefit efficiency factors are presented,two fuzzy comprehensive evaluating models on benefit of welding processes are established,and the expert system based on the models has been designed.The incremental development model and Brower/Server structure are used in the system,which achieves function of selecting welding processes in a scientific way and makes selection of welding processes more close to reality.
