微波无极紫外碘灯净化低浓度挥发性有机物的研究
Photolysis of trace volatile organic compound by microwave discharge electrodeless lamps-I2
【摘要】 采用微波无极紫外碘灯,以乙酸丁酯为挥发性有机物(VOCs)的代表物,对微波无极紫外碘灯净化低浓度VOCs废气进行了连续流动态实验研究。结果表明,在微波电源功率为200 W、管道内气体流速为0.025 m/s(即停留时间为13.32 s时)、乙酸丁酯初始质量浓度为1.500 mg/m3的情况下,乙酸丁酯降解率可达78%以上。同时探讨了乙酸丁酯初始浓度、气体通过灯管的停留时间、微波电源功率等不同条件下乙酸丁酯的降解规律。在低浓度下,停留时间是影响气体光解效果的重要因素,乙酸丁酯降解率随停留时间的延长而升高。
【Abstract】 The dynamic photolysis of volatile organic compounds by microwave discharge electrodeless lamp-I2(MDEL-I2) was performed in a lab scale apparatus with butyl acetate as targets object.The effect of input power,initial butyl acetate concentration and gas retention on photolysis efficiency was investigated.The results showed that the photolysis was increased with increasing the input power and gas retention time,while the influence of initial butyl acetate concentration was negligible with in the range of research.Under the conditions of input power 200 W,gas flow velocity 0.025 m/s(gas residence time 13.32 s)and the initial butyl acetate concentration 1.500 mg/m3,the photolysis efficiency could achieve above 78%.At the low initial concentration,gas residence time was the key factor influence the butyl acetate degradation.
