氙气样品的点源效率函数法HPGe谱仪测量
Measuring xenon activity by HPGe gamma spectrometry using efficiency function of point sources
【摘要】 用HPGeγ谱仪,在5个高度上用241Am、137Cs、60Co混合点源测量Φ75 mm×25 mm空样品不同剖面上不同位置的全能峰探测效率,用最小二乘拟合法确定点源峰效率函数中的的各参数值,用该点源效率函数对Φ63.50 mm×16.66 mm的氙气体样品进行数值积分计算,得氙气体的81.0、160.6、163.9、233.2、249.8、526.6 keVγ射线全能峰效率。该点源效率函数在测量计算氙样品活度中得到了应用,并和不同单位的蒙卡计算结果以及β-γ符合测量结果进行了比较,偏差在7%以内符合,说明该方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 Using a HPGe system,γ-ray detection efficiency of 241Am,137Cs and 60Co in mixed point sources places at different radius positions in empty sample boxes of different heights were obtained.The peak efficiency function parameters of the point sources were determined by least-squares fitting method.The 81.0,160.6,163.9,233.2,249.8,526.6 keV γ-ray detection efficiencies of Φ63.50 mm×16.66 mm xenon samples were obtained by numerical integration.This method was used to calculate activity of collected xenon samples.The results were,compared with those by Monte Carlo simulation and ?-? energy coincidence measurement,and the deviation were within 7%.
