18F-FDG合成率的影响因素和常见故障
Radiochemical yield of 18F-FDG on a CYRIS HM-12 cyclotron with an F100 synthetic system
【摘要】 介绍了日本住友重机械株式会社CYRIS HM-12回旋加速器连续轰击靶15–60 min的18F–产量变化情况,分析了F100模块合成18F-FDG的影响因素及合成过程中常见故障和解决方法。结果显示,轰击时间段内,18F–产量为21.4-71.0 GBq,18F-FDG的合成率为48%-50%。合成系统管道堵塞、泄漏是合成过程常见故障。表明加速器靶轰击时间和18F-FDG自动合成系统的型号是影响18F-FDG产量和合成率的主要因素;合成系统的常规维护和日常检测、及时零件更换是减少管道堵塞、泄漏故障,保证18F-FDG正常合成的重要条件。
【Abstract】 In this work,radiochemical yield of 18F-FDG on a CYRIS HM-12 cyclotron with an F100 synthetic system was investigated by bombarding the 18O target for 15 to 60 minutes.The yield of 18F ion after bombardments of 15–60 min ranged from 21.4 to 71.0 GBq,and the radiochemical yields of 18F-FDG ranged from 48% to 51%.Also,failures the 18F-FDG synthesis were analyzed.Piping block and leak of the synthetic system were of the biggest occurrence.To ensure successful synthesis of 18F-FDG,routine maintenance,test and timely spares replacement are crucial.
