改性氧化铝微波诱导催化氧化处理高浓度苯酚废水的研究
Microwave induced oxidation process for high concentration phenol wastewater treatment with modified alumina as catalyst
【摘要】 采用微波诱导催化氧化技术,以改性氧化铝为催化剂,对高浓度模拟苯酚废水进行氧化处理。考察了微波功率、催化剂投加量、H2O2投加量、废水pH值和微波反应时间等因素对苯酚去除效果的影响。实验结果表明,处理30 mL质量浓度为1 100 mg/L的苯酚模拟废水,在微波功率500 W,催化剂加入量1 g(液固比30∶1),30%双氧水加入量3‰,pH为7,微波反应时间15 min时,处理效果最好,苯酚的去除率可达92.3%。改性氧化铝在重复使用10次后苯酚去除率仍达91%。反应动力学研究表明,此催化氧化过程符合一级反应动力学规律,反应速率常数k为0.1957 min-1,半衰期为3.542min。
【Abstract】 High concentration phenol wastewater was treated by microwave induced oxidation process with modified Al2O3 as catalyst.The effects of working conditions such as of microwave power,catalyst dosage,H2O2 dosage,pH value,and irradiation time were investigated.The optimum experimental conditions for 1 100 mg/L phenol wastewater(liquid/solid ratio 30∶ 1) are as follows: microwave power 500 W,volume of phenol wastewater 30 mL,catalyst dosage 1 g,30% H2O2 dosage 3‰,pH value 7,irradiation time 15 min.Under these conditions,the phenol removal rate reaches 92.3%,the catalyst remains 91% removal rates after repeated use for 10 times.Kinetics study indicated that the catalysis oxidation process accorded with the first order reaction kinetics,the reaction velocity constant k was 0.1957 min-1,and the half-life t1/2 was 3.542 min.
